Description
The Human-Computer Interaction Institute (HCII) will host an HCI Additional Major and Minor Information Session for current CMU undergraduate students interested in applying to our programs. The field of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is devoted to the design, implementation, and evaluation of interactive computer-based services and applications.
Info Session Details
We will have pizza at this event! 🍕
Haiyi Zhu, director of HCI undergraduate programs, will host the info session. Zhu and the undergraduate program team will give a presentation about the programs and plan time for Q&A to answer all of your questions. Their presentation slides will be available online later next week for those unable to attend.
Application Details
The application for the HCI Additional Major and HCI Minor will open February 4, 2026 and will close March 13, 2026.
