The Human-Computer Interaction Institute's Seminar Series is a Carnegie Mellon University tradition. For more than 25 years, we have gathered on Friday afternoons to listen to HCI industry thought leaders.

Upcoming Seminars

Visit the Upcoming Seminars page for the upcoming 2021-2022 schedule, details, and location for each talk.

Some speakers will be joining us in person this year, while others will be presenting virtually.

Past Seminars

If you weren't able to join us in person but still want to listen to a seminar, most are recorded and stored for review after the event. Once available, the link to each Panopto recording is added to the Past Seminars page.
