How might we envision a preferred future for conversational patient & caregiver engagement that addresses the medical, behavioral, and emotional dimensions of healthcare? In this 8-month-long capstone project, Team Panacea worked with MedRespond, an online healthcare communications company that combines artificial intelligence, search and streaming media to deliver interactive, personalized communication solutions to patients and clients.
