Solution Overview

Our final product, GrabIt, takes unstructured text and suggests which records should be created or updated in Salesforce. When the user chooses a suggested action, relevant information is extracted from the text and filled into the forms automatically. The user can easily fill out multiple forms in the process of handling one piece of text.
