Concept Validation After intense ideation, our team created five personas that represent our target user population and their needs based on actual individuals that we had talked to during user research. These personas were used to create use case scenarios. Each of our five personas were diversified in ways of interacting with digital photographs. Our team developed a set of use case scenarios for the most compelling ideas that were generated and discussed during our brainstorming sessions regarding our photo triage system. These scenarios were presented to potential users along with three panel story boards for effective communication. Then we asked the participants probing questions about the scenario in order to identify and understand their real needs and opportunities. From the collected responses to our uses cases, our team discussed about which concepts were particularly more convincing and important to the users in terms of resolving their needs. As the method does not focus on the interface, the most informative insights were focused around the social connectivity needs involed in sharing photos. Such results motivated the final concept of our system. ![]() |
