Design Critiques
Beginning at the end of May, the HCI Project course began bi-weekly peer design critiques. The timing correlated perfectly with the design phase of the project and allowed the CMU team to receive advice and suggestions from an impartial audience.
During these interactive critiques, the CMU team received valuable advice on the early design direction leading into concept validation, critique on the first paper prototype before going into their first think-aloud usability test, and also flushed out some design details in a later medium fidelity prototype.
