Phone Interviews
In order to gain an understanding of the medical imaging domain before beginning user research, the CMU team interviewed four PACS users. These users were from different hospitals and had experience using a variety of PACS, radiology, and hospital information systems. Since radiologists would be observed during contextual inquiries, other individuals within the radiological environment were selected for the interviews.
