Timeline
Starting in mid-January, the project began with intensive research (literature reviews, phone interviews with users, and contextual interviews at two locations). After the research phase, ideation began in mid-May which led into concept validation, design, and user testing. Finally, the project culminated in the development of a high fidelity prototype.
