After spending months on research, the team consolidated the major findings from the literature review, heuristic evaluation, and contextual inquiries into a set of common, overarching themes to be carried into design. These themes were broken down into three basic categories:
Summary of Research Findings
These findings were later prioritized and, as the design evolved, various findings were supported through the design decisions made by the team. Continuous usability evaluations provided the team with a constant flow of information in which to more appropriately inform the design direction.
