Thin
2 teachers and 2 students specifically mentioned the thinness
of this model to be an appealing characteristic of the form. 3
stated that the thinness made it more attractive, and sleek, and
2 mentioned that it, in combination with the curve itself gave
the form an ergonomic quality.
One student stated, "it makes you want to hold it, pick
it up and type numbers."

Fun
13 of the 30 students and teachers tested were attracted to this
shape because it's different, and more fun than regular calculators.
Two teachers agreed that they enjoyed the 'jazzy' quality of this
form, and that is why it is their favorite.
4 teachers mentioned that they didn't see the advantage of this
shape, besides aesthetics. One of these teachers went on to state
that she has a strangely shaped calculator that her students
love
to use because of it's fun shape, so she thought that kids would
go for it.
Surface area
8 of the 13 teachers and students that responded positively
to the form stated that they like the fact that the shape is different,
yet does not compromise the possibility of a large screen size.
One teacher stated "I like this one; it fits everything
on it, with room for a nice big screen, but it's not just a box...
that's nice."
