Carnegie Learning Assistment Interface

Andrea is currently an accelerated masters student, having completing her BS in
Information Systems and HCI with a minor in technical writing. Her mix of skills include
project management, system analysis and design, technical and professional
writing, oral and written communication, and usability evaluation. Usability is a
unifying principle across her interests because throughout a system development
or documentation project, success depends on the usability, both ease of use and
utility, of the end product.
